Responsibilities Provides service information including capacity, availability and health, system and device information, software and license consumption, user entitlements, component relationships, service inter-dependencies, status of compliance, lab services, and support lifecyclesProduces and delivers Information Dashboard and Reporting Services Service Design Packages and associated Design ArtifactsIdentifies holistic Informational views of the production and connected enclave and/or lab environments and services to include discoverable and non-discoverable informationIdentifies solution for presentation of service information from existing enterprise data sources including systems such as SharePoint metadata, application data fields, Active Directory, Exchange and databases, tools, APls, structured and semi-structured filesIdentifies extensible capabilities to include future additional data sources and reporting for new service requirements QualificationsClearance Required: TS/SCI
Degree and Years of Experience: 8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with PhD.
Required Certifications:
DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (i.e., Security+ CE)Desired Certifications:
ITIL Foundations certificationRequired Skills:
