The Enterprise Services Product Manager is an experienced position responsible for the entire life cycle of current and new technologies, especially related to a suite of common products, or applications. The primary responsibilities of the Enterprise Services Product Manager is to manage the effort to create software and solutions to support the business strategy. Responsibilities include oversight of market analysis and strategy, product roadmap planning and execution, documentation, and ownership of the product backlog.
The Enterprise Services Product Manager is responsible for managing and directing the activities of a team of Product Owners, analysts and application support that maximizes the benefit of technology investments, assists with process improvement analysis, maximizes the functionality and operational efficiency of software systems/solutions and provides high level support and problem resolution. This includes working with the team to guide the design and development of the teams’ efforts and ensure the roadmap and key requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
·Provides direction and leadership to direct reports including hiring and development, performance evaluations, administering discipline, responding to grievances, and approving timecards and time off requests.
·Mentors and coach direct reports and cross-functional team members in the tools and processes used in Agile and/or Hybrid Agile/Waterfall frameworks: daily stand-ups, feature review, grooming, estimation, release planning, sprint planning, retrospectives, stakeholder and other required sign offs, and sprint demonstrations.
·Manage and review product roadmaps and product vision.
·Serve as an expert in the assigned common product/applications, while leading multiple teams at the program level.
·Provides guidance to application support on problem resolution of escalated application issues.

·Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office with basic technical knowledge.
·Exceptional organizational, process and project management skills with the ability to establish a strategic direction, develop and manage supporting initiatives and instill a sense of urgency in others as necessary to meet deadlines.
·Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and achieve results through the efforts of others.
·Exceptional communication, presentation skills and technical writing skills with an ability to effectively interact with and convey information to people who possess varying levels of understanding on applicable topics.
·Strategic and problem-solving mindset with developed analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
·Proven ability to prioritize and manage workload in a high-pressure environment and to instill a sense of urgency in others as necessary to meet deadlines.
·Strong project management skills: experience managing a feature roadmap, product vision, and customer personas.
·Ability to oversee work on medium to large complexity efforts that span multiple teams and product roadmaps.
