Position Summary

Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance professionals are leaders in optimizing operations that span the entire enterprise of an organization, from strategy to implementation and operation. The Finance & Enterprise Performance (F&EP) teams advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions to help clients develop strategies and capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making, develop operating models to optimize organizational performance, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organizations.

Work you’ll do:

Provide strategic support to organizational transformation and service delivery transition at the Client site. Support three task areas:

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another business-related field10+ years of experience with Strategic Planning, Strategy Mapping, and Strategy-Vision AlignmentAt least one example of delivering service during an internal Organizational Transformation or supporting a client’s Organizational Transformation journeyMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureAbility to work in McLean, VA on a regular basisAbility to travel 10-20%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveActive TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph required 

Preferred:

5+ years of experience working within a Service Delivery Operating Model and performing tasks related to Service Delivery Model TransformationBackground in data analysis, strategic and operational planning, and/or personnel managementPossesses an exceptional ability to synthesize complex information and develop solutions to support decision-making at the highest levelsStrong interpersonal skills reflecting the confidence to work with officials at all levelsFamiliarity with a variety of data aggregation, sorting, graphic creation, data storage and data manipulation toolsDemonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentExperience establishing program objectives, budgets, and schedulesAbility to utilize Earned Value methodology to manage program costs and track progress
