Enterprise Solutions Lead (Workday Benefits)

Responsibilities:

Support configuration and lead ongoing deployment projects involving Workday Benefits and related functionality Provide recommendations and best practices for deploying benefits functionality in Workday, including guidance on working with various benefit providers integrating into Workday Define, guide, and build Benefit plans and processes, in alignment with client’s business objectives and needs

 

Requirements:

At least 4 years of Workday experience with 2+ years of recent experience around HCM, with a focus in Benefits functionality. This includes deployment and post-production support Sound understanding of leading Workday benefit process, configuration (plans) and operational frameworks Persuasive communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage client and stakeholder expectations Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams Workday Core HCM and Benefits certification are preferred but not required.
