What You'll Do: + Lead and Manage a High-Performance Team: Oversee a team of engineers, focusing on talent development, mentorship, and cross-training to build a versatile group. + Drive Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement standardized lifecycle processes that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. + Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and business leaders to align on project goals, timelines, and application performance. + Hands-On Leadership: Stay deeply engaged with technology, maintaining high-quality standards in application development and troubleshooting inefficiencies. + Ensure Seamless Deployments: Partner with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth application deployments, automated testing, and continuous integration. + Build Strategic Vendor Relationships: Manage third-party vendors, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines. + Optimize Application Performance: Oversee rigorous testing and problem management processes to maintain high application performance and user satisfaction. What We're Looking For: + Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience leading or mentoring staff in application support or development, with a proven track record of managing technical teams. + Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with system architecture, cloud technologies, and emerging trends like mobile app APIs, virtual environments, and software development technologies. + Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms. + Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions with minimal supervision. + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to foster partnerships and build trust with internal teams and external partners. + Business Acumen: Experience delivering technology solutions that meet or exceed business goals and manage budgets effectively. + Process Improvement: Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and manage change. + Cultural Alignment: A commitment to ATS's core values and a focus on creating a transparent, high-performance team culture. + Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally as required by business needs. Compensation & Benefits + The anticipated base salary range for this position is $135,000 to $185,000. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
