What You Will Do

As an Enterprise Strategic Sales Manager you’ll drive success by showcasing our cutting-edge products. Your pivotal role involves identifying, nurturing, and expanding distribution and retail partnerships to connect end-users with our offerings. Propel new account growth and enhance existing relationships within the sales channel. Ignite interest and demand for our products, whether for geographic or named accounts.

Grow revenue in the defined markets by closing business and by being a “trusted advisor” to the customer

Continuously growing pipeline within the territory by understanding the customer’s core business objectives, challenges and initiatives

Contact potential new client targets to establish rapport, schedule meetings and ensure early engagement with potential opportunities

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the defined customer base

Accurate and complete forecasting & opportunity management

Lead insightful quarterly and yearly territory reviews

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Minimum of 5 years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment

Proficiency using TruckMate is required

Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment

Executive presence and demeanor with consultative/execution relationship-building selling skills

Ability to effectively help the sales team by providing oversight and guidance working on complex, strategic opportunities requiring the involvement of multiple internal resources

Ability to travel extensively, up to 40% of the time including internationally
