Role Overview: What You’ll Be Doing 

Wheels Up is looking for a world-class Enterprise Strategy and Planning Analyst in Chamblee, GA to join our team of dedicated and passionate professionals, fueled by the most powerful brand in private aviation, as we continue our mission of democratizing the private aviation space through cutting-edge technology and innovative product and service offerings.  

Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions) 

Evaluates proposed business cases for capital investment decisions and new business initiatives.  Performs financial modeling exercises and scenario analyses for projects such as capital investments and potential M&A transactions.  Assesses performance of company KPI’s to aid allocation of resources across the organization.  Conducts market research that informs the organization on its current positioning with fleet, commercial offerings, and other areas of competition.  Supports analysis on aircraft acquisitions, sales, and depreciation trends.  Contribute to the preparation of strategic planning materials, including presentations for the executive team, Board of Directors, external investors and more.  Assists in organizing and prioritizing current strategic initiatives alongside future growth opportunities.  Performance other duties as assigned.  Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table: Education & Certification Requirements 

We’re looking for someone who has a unique mix of experience, skills, and passion for what we do:  

College degree required, with Finance or Economics preferred.  Experience with financial models.   

 

The Extras We Value (Preferred Requirements) 

While not mandatory, here are some additional things that would make you stand out: 

Experience in Finance or Consulting role preferred.   Strong command of Microsoft Excel.   Organized, Motivated, Critical Thinker, Eager.   

 

Physical Requirements 

We want to make sure you’re fully equipped for success. Here’s a look at any physical requirements needed for this role: 

 

Office/Desk Work:  

Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods.  Use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse for long hours.  Ability to read and analyze reports, data, and documents.  

  

Meetings and Presentations:  

Attend meetings, both in-person and virtually, which may require sitting or standing for some periods.  Present strategies and data, requiring verbal communication skills and the ability to stand for extended periods during presentations.  Wheels Up Story

What We Offer: Salary Range & Benefits 

At Wheels Up, we believe in fair compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications. The salary for this role ranges from $75,000/Yr. to $94,000/Yr., depending on a variety of factors. We don’t typically start individuals at the top of the salary range; your place within the range is based on what you bring to the table. Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program, which rewards individual and organizational performance.
