We are currently seeking a Enterprise Tooling Hub Engineer to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Enterprise Tooling Hub Role:
1. Summary of Role:
As an Enterprise Tooling Hub Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining IT application environments across all levels, ensuring high system uptime and efficient issue resolution. You will work closely with pipeline, security, engineering, and testing teams to optimize DevOps tooling, assess areas for improvement, and contribute to the future roadmap of enterprise tools and lifecycle management. This role requires expertise in DevOps tools, automation, scripting, and strong problem-solving skills.
2. What You Will Do:
Provide first, second, and third-level support for IT application environments, ensuring system uptime and stability. Diagnose and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments. Collaborate with pipeline, security, engineering, and testing teams to improve DevOps tooling and processes. Offer recommendations on the future roadmap of enterprise tools and lifecycle management strategies. Work with core IT support teams across Server, Database, and Desktop landscapes, as well as vendors, to resolve critical issues. Manage and optimize DevOps tools including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, CloudBees Jenkins, Nexus, and SonarQube. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Groovy, and REST APIs. Support CI/CD practices and pipeline automation where applicable. Enhance containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and image registries (if applicable). Automate infrastructure and application deployments using Ansible. Support and maintain build tools such as Maven and ANT. Work with authentication mechanisms like SAML to improve security and access control. Foster cross-team collaboration and provide guidance on best practices.3. Required Skillset:
Essential Skills:
Strong experience in IT application environment support across all levels. Expertise in Agile and DevOps practices. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, CloudBees Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube). Strong Unix knowledge and proficiency in Bash & Groovy scripting. Experience working with REST APIs for automation and integration. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (pipeline, security, engineering, testing). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Bonus Skills:
Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes, image registries). Knowledge of CI/CD practices and pipeline automation. Hands-on experience with Ansible for infrastructure automation. Understanding of build tools like Maven and ANT.Familiarity with SAML authentication mechanisms
