Who we are looking for:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Funds Transfer across the enterprise. This will include provision of strategic direction and guidance on the implementation of key fund transfer related initiatives enterprise wide as well as oversight of funds transfer risk and implementing risk reduction initiatives consistently across the enterprise. Collaboration across initiatives such as Global Delivery Simplification and Global Banking & Payments Operations Transformation will be critical in driving the implementation of the long term strategy within Global Delivery and across the enterprise.
What you will be responsible for:
The Head of Funds Transfer will be responsible for enterprise wide Fund Transfer risk reduction, including:
•Driving risk reduction, remediation and reporting;
•Direction and prioritization of the development of technology and business support units;
•Recommendation & execution of changes to FTTOP Policy and Standards;
•Engagement with leads of other strategic initiatives aligned to Funds Transfer;
•Create & manage change management protocol for funds transfer;
•Metrics compilations and automation of reporting and risk analysis;
•Develop and lead implementation of technology or IT related initiatives to support effective and efficient management of funds transfer risk;
•Implement central repository for all fund transfer documentation;
•Identify opportunities to use of AI and robotics to optimize automation.
What we value:

•Experience in financial services operations/back-office fund transfer/payment processing;
•Experience in running a large operational function;
•Experience on large scale operational transformation initiatives;
•Experience designing and implementing target state operating models.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
•A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Management or Business;
•A minimum of 15 years operations experience.
