Summary

The Entertainment Coordinator is responsible for daily departmental operations, presenting all entertainment at Cache Creek Casino Resort, and assisting in select Marketing operational activities.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Facilitates advancing of weekly performers and acts a point-of-contact.Meet weekly performers upon arrival, and assist with needs for performance, as needed.Work closely with accounting to assure payment to artists as per contract.Maintain entertainment calendar and website, updating all entertainment activity.Facilitates building of shows in our ticketing platform.Maintains regular training on ticketing platform.Facilitates printing and distribution of Player Development tickets.Facilitates customer inquiry for ticketing.Work closely with staff from Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Security, and other related departments to coordinate production and personnel schedules for special events and weekly performances.Assist in Marketing operational activities as needed.Attend Entertainment meetings for scheduled events.Attend all headline and mid-level Entertainment events.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Three years related experience and/or training.

 

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

 

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

 

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

 

Computer Skills

Must be proficient in MS Office.

 

Additional Skills

Must be highly skilled in problem solving and rationalization. Must have polished skills in customer service, decision making and communication.

 

Age Requirement

Must be at least 21 years of age.
