Qualifications:You!A graduate of a post-secondary program – specialization in stage, production, and/or event management is an asset, or equivalent industry experienceProven experience in stage and/or production management, entertainment operations, event planning, or a related fieldCandidates that have a strong understanding of theatrical procedures and practicesKnowledge of theatrical lighting, sound, and rigging is an assetExcellent organization and problem-solving abilities including ability to work under minimal supervisionStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee large, diverse teamsComputer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essentialCandidates with a valid Ontario Driver’s license (class G/G2) with a clean abstractAvailability to work rotating shifts days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and limited overnights as needed
$24.00 / hr.
Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years for this position. The contract runs until the end of January 2026.

Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of seasonal Entertainment programs including live shows, interactive attractions, character appearances, and seasonal festivals Oversee day-to-day Entertainment operations as Department Duty Manager including Front of House, performer management, and technical operations to ensure high-quality guest experienceRecruit and cast seasonal associates, employing creative strategies to meet staffing needsDevelop and implement seasonal associate and supervisor training programs, fostering a positive workplace environmentSupervise and provide leadership to seasonal Supervisory teams including coaching and mentorshipBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, performers, vendors, and contractorsCoordinate with internal and external partners to meet technical riders and contractual requirements for performances and eventsManage the set up and load-in of lighting, sound, and scenic elements for shows and events, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standardsAssist with managing staffing, purchasing, and rental coordination to meet budget and department needsComplete administrative duties as assigned including scheduling and timekeepingSome of our amazing perks and benefits:
