The key areas of focus include effective, efficient, and timely utilization of web-based project systems to accurately capture reporting from Project Stakeholders including Architects; Subconsultants, and Landlord/Developers. Candidates should be well versed in all facets of land use entitlements including site design and planning, local municipal requirements, and utility service applications. **What you’ll do** + Collaborate with Real Estate stakeholders to collect necessary documents to initiate project Due Diligence. This may include Landlord Work Letters, site plans, and coordinating site/building access. + Participate in coordination calls with Architects, Client Stakeholders, and Landlord / Developers to track progress in Entitlements and Permitting applications. + Participate in project Due Diligence review meetings to determine complexity of Entitlements/Permitting for each project. Partner with Project Managers on an effective strategy to streamline jurisdictional approvals. + Engage with Architects and Third-Party Vendors to effectively track and expedite dry utility applications including electrical service, solar interconnection, and fiber. + Monitor Architect’s project updates, milestones, and escalate potential risk. Partner with Data & Analytics team to develop effective reporting. + Demonstrate ability to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. Other duties as assigned. + Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. · Review business requirements and other documentation from multiple sources to identify and resolve cross-initiative dependencies and ensure consistency of approach. **What you’ll need** Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. · Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP or CMM preferred. + Direct experience processing planning applications, building permits or other jurisdictional entitlements is preferred. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while leading multiple projects and/or programs in varying stages. Retail Construction or Financial/Professional Services Sector experience is beneficial. · In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc. is required. The minimum salary for the Entitlement & Development Project Manager position is $110,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Entitlements & Development Project Manager position is $130,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
