Entity Portfolio Support Specialist (Associate Client Success Manager)

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
As an Entity Portfolio Support Specialist (EPSS), you will be responsible for providing exceptional service for CSC’s top corporate and law firm clients through assisting Entity Portfolio Specialists (EPS) with maintaining the accuracy of their clients’ entity records. The EPS Team works closely with multiple of CSC’s business areas to meet our customers’ compliance needs and enhance their ability to maximize the Entity Management platform. Our commitment to build genuine relationships and support both our external and internal customers plays an integral role in retaining revenue for the enterprise and allowing clients to better focus their attention on running their businesses.
Some of the things you will be doing:
Ensure the accuracy of our Company Records database through processing update requests received internally or directly from a client Work with Strategic Account Managers (SAM) and leader to communicate and resolve any client issues encountered Develop and maintain client relationships built on trust and quality of work, keeping the entity portfolios of CSC’s major corporate of law firm clients in compliance Assist the EPS team with large-scale projects Provide coverage for EPS while they are out of the office
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
3+ years of Customer Service experience is preferable, yet not required Strong organizational and time-management skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Agility to shift focus based on the needs of the business Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience utilizing the Salesforce CRM platform is a plus
