What You’ll Do: + Financial Recordkeeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. + Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and collections. + Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy. + Data Entry: Input financial transactions into accounting software. + Reporting: Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for management. + Support Senior Accountants: Assist with audits, month-end close processes, and other accounting projects. + Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards. Requirements + Bachelor or Associate degree in Accounting, Business or similar + 1+ years of experience in an Accounting Clerk role performing AP, AR, and/or billing + Advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivots) with fast data entry + Highly organized, detail oriented, flexible, and able to deal with frequent and changing priorities + Accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP preferred + Flexible commute for a variety of projects Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
