Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Accountant in Boca Raton, Florida. The selected candidate will join our team and will primarily focus on various accounting functions. This includes, but is not limited to, financial statement preparation, journal entries, account reconciliations, and handling accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities: • Accurately process accounting entries and maintain financial records • Ensure timely month-end close processes • Prepare and analyze financial statements for multiple entities • Conduct account analysis and reconciliation • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations • Utilize accounting software systems for various tasks • Manage and maintain account coding using ERP Solutions • Provide assistance and support to other accounting functions as needed • Contribute to the team's efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
