\nAccounting Assistant Schedule: 7 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, 30-minute lunch (On site position with every other Friday off)

Helpmates is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk  for a 6 month contract opportunity in Orange County with our customer, a large government agency! 

\n\n

The Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:

\n\n\n\tPrepares, verifies and processes bills and similar documents\n\tMay assist with entering purchase requisitions\n\tCompose and type routine correspondence incidental to primary assignments\n\tPerforms other related functions as assigned; reconciles expenses related to travel\n\n\n

The Accounting Assistant Requirements:

\n\n\n\t1+ years of previous clerical experience\n\tMust have a high school diploma or GED\n\t1+ years of similar experience\n\tComfortable with MS Office including MS Excel\n\n\n
