Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Analytical Chemist/QA Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of chemistry, specifically with HPLC, and be well-versed in SOPs, Good Documentation Practices, and GMPs. Interest to learn about validation and other aspects of QA is highly desirable. As a crucial part of our quality assurance team, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality and safety of our products. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using HPLC and other analytical techniques. + Develop, validate, and implement analytical methods to ensure product quality and consistency. + Prepare and review SOPs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. + Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all analytical activities, in accordance with Good Documentation Practices. + Participate in the development and maintenance of quality systems and procedures to ensure GMP compliance. + Assist in the investigation of non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints, and implement corrective actions. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field. + Experience with HPLC and other analytical techniques. + Familiarity with SOPs, Good Documentation Practices, and GMP regulations. + Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
