Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3-6 months of Assembly experience Knowledge of  Safety Guidelines Lift up to 20-50 lbs, sit, stand, bend and reach Basic computer skills Must be able to work OT 

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor, inspect, and report on the quality of products, repairs, workmanship, proper labeling, allocation, and staging of parts received from suppliers and manufactured internally.  Perform QC tests on products in various stages of completion and perform minor repairs according to established procedures.  Maintain good quality processes and 5-S standards within the QC Department  Review all analysis reports with supervisor and produce reports as necessary Enter all data into the laboratory reporting system (QMS)  Attend all training and train QC personnel as requested  Monitor and maintain QC equipment and tools, ensuring they are calibrated and functioning properly.  Comply with and promote company practices in the areas of safety. human relations, quality, cost, housekeeping and delivery targets
