**Job Description:** Aerotek is seeking detail-oriented **Assemblers** to join a renowned Medical Device manufacturing company in Boulder, CO (Gunbarrel area). In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and packaging of surgical instruments for laparoscopic surgeries. The role involves working on a line with a team, performing one sub-assembly task repeatedly, and passing the product to the next person. You will use small hand tools and fixtures to complete your tasks efficiently and accurately. **Responsibilities:** + Assemble surgical instruments for laparoscopic surgeries. + Work on a line with a team, performing repetitive sub-assembly tasks. + Pass the assembled product to the next person in the line. + Use small hand tools and fixtures, including tweezers, screwdrivers, and a laser-welding station. + Inspect and test finals products. + Complete necessary paperwork. + Maintain high standards of eye-hand coordination and dexterity. + Stand for long periods while performing repetitive tasks. **Qualifications:** + No experience needed – we provide training to all new employees! + Excellent eye-hand coordination and dexterity. + Ability to stand throughout 8 hour shifts. + Capability to perform repetitive tasks accurately. + Ability to work small hand tools such as tweezers, screwdrivers, and laser-welding stations. + Ability to read, write, and speak English. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a variety of educational programs including tuition reimbursement of up to $5,000 per year and a completely free online Bachelor's degree offered through institutions in Arizona, Virginia, and Wisconsin. Additionally, no jewelry, make-up, nail polish, lotion and perfume are allowed inside the clean room. **Shifts Available** + 1 st Shift: Mon-Fri 6:40am – 2:45pm - $18/hr + 2 nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2:40pm – 10:45pm - $19.50/hr + 3 rd Shift: Sun-Thu 10:40pm - 6:45am - $21/hr **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
