**HIRING!!!!! 3RD SHIFT - $19/97/HR - Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Assemblers. The role involves assembling and inspecting sunglasses from start to finish, working closely with a team to ensure high-quality products. This position offers various shifts with mandatory overtime and provides a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. **Responsibilities** + Screw, glue, and fasten individual pieces of sunglasses together. + Prepare assembled sunglasses for lens installation and quality auditing. + Install lenses into frames and glue icons onto frames. + Use small tools to insert small screws or pins to hold frames together. + Mix paint for pad print and fix pad print malfunctions. + Sand and buff the gate/burr off the center frame. + Send sunglasses to Quality Auditor for final inspection before packaging. + Set up work stations at the start of each shift and adapt to building different models daily. + Maintain flexibility as specific job duties and departments within assembly may change. + Stand and walk throughout the day; comfortable shoes or insoles are recommended. + Use small hand tools and/or power tools. + Rotate job duties on each shift to limit repetitive movements. **Essential Skills** + Ability to stand for 8-10+ hours a day. + Good attendance record. + Willingness to work mandatory overtime. + Flexibility to adapt to changing job duties and departments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No experience required, but helpful. **Why Work Here?** We offer a range of benefits including a generous employee discount (70% off frames and 60% off apparel) after 90 days of employment, access to a free employee gym, an on-site doctor's office, and a cafeteria. The work involves highly repetitive short-cycle assembly, and employees are expected to stand throughout their shifts. The dress code is casual with closed-toed shoes required, and protective eyewear must be worn at all times. Earplugs are required in certain departments. Regularly scheduled stretches are conducted before and after lunch, and one hour of safety training is required before starting the position. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Foothill Ranch, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.97 - $19.97/hr.
