What You'll Do as an Entry-Level Assembler:

You'll play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality products.Utilize microscopes, hand tools, and specialized equipment to assemble intricate components with accuracy.Inspect products meticulously, ensuring they meet strict quality standards.Read and interpret detailed drawings and work instructions.Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment.Collaborate as a team to achieve daily production goals.

Work Experience

Success in this role requires attention to detail and a passion for hands-on work. No experience? No problem—we'll train motivated individuals for a great career in manufacturing!

Read blueprints and use basic computer skills for documentation.Operate measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, gauges) and read millimeter measurements.Strong fine motor skills and excellent hand-eye coordination.Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.Work seated for up to 75% of the shift, with minimal standing or walking, unless preferred.
