What will I do in this role?
Responsible for transacting business efficiently and accurately on member accounts. Participates in the promotion of the Credit Union products and services to existing and potential members.
What qualifications do I need to have for this role?
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-1 year of customer service experience.
-Willingness to train and to learn how to identify members’ needs to effectively offer or refer credit union products and services.
Preferences:
-Cash handling experience.
-Experience in a retail environment.
Skills/Competencies:
-Service focused individuals, who prioritize the member and end user experience.
-Team driven, with willingness and proven ability to work well and collaborate effectively with others.
-Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.

This role is Location Dependent and is based at La Costa Branch-7630 Via Campanile 138, Carlsbad, CA 92009.
What is the pay range?
Pay Scale: $19.00-$20.25 (Per Hour)

WEEKDAY SCHEDULE Monday 8:30am - 2:30pm Tuesday 11:30am-5:30pm Wednesday OFF Thursday 11:30am-5:30pm Friday 11:30am-5:30pm Saturday OFF Sunday OFFFor exempt roles, standard business hours are referenced above.
