We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our Campus and Entry Level Talent Acquisition team in New York to help expand our business by identifying, attracting and hiring top talent.
You will take ownership of your recruitment focus and develop strategic plans for execution. You will need to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and develop creative strategies with our businesses. You will need to be energetic, data driven, collaborative, and strategic, and bring the highest quality candidates into our organization.

We partner closely with the hiring managers and program managers across businesses to develop a deep understanding of their objectives, products, people, and challenges, in order to present the best skilled candidates. We bring creative ideas, curiosity and insight to the table, backed up with market knowledge and a data-driven approach. We are not your typical Campus Recruitment team as we hire year-round, so creativity is our strongest asset.
We are a passionate and collaborative team, and we recruit across multiple business areas including Analytics and Sales, Customer Support, News, Media, Finance and all of our Early Engagement Programmes. We partner closely with our businesses to develop a deep understanding of their objectives, products, people, and challenges, to present the best skilled candidates. Foster relationships with hiring managers, understand their business needs, and collaborate with them to offer strategic recruitment guidanceEnsure a smooth, smart, innovative and engaging recruiting process to establish an outstanding candidate experienceHelp build our brand across university campuses and strengthen our relationships with key societies, organizations, and university contactsLead diversity initiatives by identifying underrepresented talent pipelines, building relationships with student groups on campus and through hosting eventsPartner with our internal diversity team and external organizations to improve and enhance the recruitment strategyManage and execute on the full recruitment life cycle, from reviewing resumes, sourcing and closing candidates, in a high volume and complex recruitment environmentThink creatively to develop non-traditional sourcing strategies, beyond university hiring to generate a pipeline of candidates including those with 1-3 years of experienceSupport the development of our interviewers through training and coachingStay in tune with external market factors affecting our business areas, identify new practices/trends, and leverage data to improve processes and candidate qualityUse social media, participate in networking and open house events to build our employer brand and to recruit talentTeam up with HR Business Partners, Global People Services, Immigration Specialists, Relocation Experts, and other colleagues as relevant to address all candidates needs as quickly as possible
You need to have:4+ years of relevant experience directly sourcing students, recent graduates and early career changersExperience managing various campus recruiting initiatives and creating customized strategies to hire top technical talentAbility to travel domestically up to 50% during peak recruitment season and as needed throughout the yearExperience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other avenuesAn executive presence and demonstrated examples of influencing stakeholders across multiple disciplines or industriesStrong relationship management and negotiation skills developed through experience in HR, client-facing roles, or customer service and supportExcellent organization, prioritization, presentation and project management skillsProven experience using data to improve processes and influence decisionsAn ability to adjust to changing work flows and demands; shows resilience and remains calm in high pressure situationsAttention to detail, and the ability to handle a high volume, juggle various projects, and be efficient with your workflow Salary Range = 51 - 70 USD Hourly
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
