Chassis systems engineers are responsible for vehicle systems that include Frame structure, Suspension, Brakes, Fuel and DEF systems, Steering, and HVAC. Chassis teams develop requirements, design, integrate, test, validate, and release all systems together across all truck and bus platforms. Chassis systems is seeking passionate, motivated Entry-Level Engineers to join our dynamic team, where your contributions will be crucial in enhancing the design & performance of our entire vehicle lineup.

Responsibilities Work collaboratively within the chassis teams to design and develop system components for current and future model projects Design and Develop: Detailed design of components & systems using CAD software to create 3D models & technical drawings.Analyze and Validate: Perform engineering calculations & simulations to ensure designs meet safety & performance standards.Prototype and Test: Participate in the fabrication, testing & evaluation of prototypes to refine designs. Creative use of 3D printing to produce more cost-effective parts.Innovate: Contribute to brainstorming sessions & design reviews to solve engineering challenges & create new concepts and designs.Collaborate: Work with manufacturing & other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science
