Job Title: Entry-Level Chemist
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct laboratory experiments and chemical analyses following established protocols and safety procedures.Perform routine testing and analysis on a variety of samples, including chemicals, materials, and products.Assist in the development and validation of new chemical processes, formulations, and products.Prepare and maintain accurate laboratory records, including experimental data, observations, and results.Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.Analyze and interpret test results, providing detailed reports and recommendations to senior team members.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior chemists and engineers, to meet project goals.Ensure all laboratory work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Assist in preparing material safety data sheets (MSDS) and safety protocols for chemicals.Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and new technologies.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Basic understanding of laboratory equipment and chemical analysis techniques.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document and report findings.Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in a laboratory setting.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
