Entry Level Civil Engineer
Job Title: Entry Level Civil Engineer
Job Description

The main function of this role is to learn and be developed into a Civil Designer focused within Bridge design. The candidate will be tasked with understanding project scopes, providing detailed designs, and conducting analysis for bridges and small road upgrades across a multitude of clients, including ODOT, Turnpike, local municipalities, and other private sectors.

ResponsibilitiesUnderstand project scopes and provide detailed designs and analysis for bridges and small road upgrades.Work on high-level designs for state and government-funded projects.Collaborate with multiple clients, including ODOT, Turnpike, local municipalities, and private sectors.Develop skills in bridge design and use of civil engineering software.Essential SkillsB.S in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.1+ year of Civil Engineering experience.Experience with AutoCAD or Civil3D design, specifically with a focus on bridges or highways.Ability to obtain FE within 1 year of starting the position.Additional Skills & Qualifications3+ years of structural or civil design experience.Experience with structural analysis for bridges.Work Environment

This role is based in an office environment, with options to sit in either Cleveland or Columbus markets, both of which have renovated offices. There may be a requirement to meet on-site with clients, but minimal travel will be involved. The company offers flexibility for work from home when necessary and time off for personal reasons. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00
