Entry-Level Civil EngineerSummary of Roles and Responsibilities

POWER Engineers, Member of WSP, is seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer for the Power Delivery Distribution Department in our Salt Lake City, Utah office. Job duties include but are not limited to:

Perform distribution design and provide transmission project support, as well as a variety of other tasks as assigned by utility clientsDistribution design typically includes physical design, electrical design, and materialsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different personalitiesRequired Education/ExperienceCivil engineering degree (BSCE) from an ABET accredited universityMust have strong command of the English language with good written and oral communication skills in order to work effectively with internal team members and external client personnelKnowledge and understanding of electrical engineering concepts upon which to buildMust be able to successfully pass client's background screening processMust have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordDesired Education/ExperienceInternship or co-op experience with utility or industrial facilityEngineer in Training certificate (EIT) or passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam
