This role involves serving as a central resource for design, process, manufacturing, testing, quality, and marketing as products move through production and distribution. The engineer may also provide direction and guidance to less experienced team members and refer unresolved problems to the next level

Responsibilities Provide technical and analytical support to Product Development Engineering.Serve as a central resource for design, process, manufacturing, testing, quality, and marketing throughout the product lifecycle.Offer direction and guidance to less experienced team members.Refer unresolved problems to the next level.Involve in all stages of a product’s lifecycle, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance.Accomplish work through independent contributions or project work requiring advanced subject matter expertise.Apply company policies and standard protocols to perform work assignments or resolve issues of limited scope.Exercise judgment within standard practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.Build stable working relationships within the organization.Work under limited supervision, receiving instruction, guidance, and direction as needed. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science and will obtain degree prior to first day of employment Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
