 "A Day in the Life"   

As an Entry Level Construction Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment by performing various cleaning and support tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in construction and gain hands-on experience in the field!

 “What You’ll Do”  

Clean and maintain warehouse, including sweeping and mopping.Collect and dispose of trash, scrap materials, and other waste.Ensure that pathways and work areas are clear of hazards to maintain site safety.Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment and materials as needed.Help organize tools, materials, and supplies to ensure a tidy workspace.Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning tools and commercial grade equipment.Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding warehouse needs and issues.Perform general maintenance service, repairs, and construction in the areas of painting, flooring, ceiling and preparation of buildings final finish stage for delivery to customer sites. Participate in and practice 5S and LEAN in the plan Work off of "Scope of Works" which outlines daily tasks and projects that need to be completed in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned 

“Must Haves”  

No prior experience required; training will be provided.Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.Basic understanding of construction site safety practices.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Able to work outside in variable weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to perform work in the given time with training always being available.Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
