Description We are seeking an entry-level Data Analyst with a focus on Electronic Health Records (EHR). In this role, you will support data retrieval and analysis, ensuring accurate reporting of health-related data. You will become a subject matter expert (SME) on the organization's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and play a key role in improving data-driven decision-making within the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities: + Manage data retrieval and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. + Act as the liaison between management and IT, ensuring clear communication on data needs. + Become the SME for the EMR system and drive its usage across the organization. + Integrate data from multiple sources to develop comprehensive data solutions. + Create and manage data reporting systems to provide meaningful insights. + Participate in meetings, training sessions, and provide user support as assigned. + Gain exposure to the healthcare industrys hottest skills and grow your data expertise. + Contract-to-hire position with extensive training provided. + Work 40 hours per week on-site in Delray Beach, FL. Requirements + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools. + Experience working with data across multiple platforms and applications. + Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. + In-depth knowledge of EMR/EHR systems, ideally Credible Behavioral Health, and experience in system adoption and training. + Ability to manage and develop data reporting processes to ensure actionable insights. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field. + Experience in data management or healthcare analytics a plus. + Ability to work on-site 40 hours per week in Delray Beach, FL.
