Entry-Level Environmental Technician

Responsibilities:

Perform air emissions testing and monitoring for a variety of industrial clientsTransport equipment to site using company vehicle, set up and break down of testing equipmentRecord data, collect samplesEquipment calibrationsAssist engineers in air quality testing proceduresEnvironmental, health and safety protocolsOrganize and load testing equipment into vehicles for upcoming jobsMaintenance and cleaning of testing equipmentUsing company resources, gain proficiency in performing EPA Test Methods 1-5

Qualifications:

B.S. in Environmental Science or related field of study preferredPrevious experience working in a field-based capacityAble to travel (regional) as required during the standard work week Candidates must be comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 75 lbs. to set up testing equipment

Additional Information & Compensation:

1.5x Overtime | $52 Per Diem. Employees typically earn $55,000 with overtime their first year at the companyAll travel expenses covered by company.
