Entry Level Fabricator
**Job Overview:** **Under minimal supervision, the Junior Fabricator is responsible for creating high-quality fabricated components using various fabrication tools and machinery.** **Ideal Candidate:** + Basic welding/fabrication experience + A strong passion for fabrication/welding + Experience with spot welding **Key Responsibilities:** + Fabricate parts to high standards using different fabrication equipment. + Follow written procedures, safety protocols, and policies in English. + Understand and carry out verbal instructions in English. + Follow safety guidelines, maintain a clean workspace, and adhere to ergonomic practices. + Engage in workplace organization, cross-train, and collaborate in team settings. + Demonstrate precision and uphold safety and quality standards. + Report any safety or quality concerns promptly. + Stay open to learning new techniques, systems, and machinery. + Accurately document tasks and assist with basic equipment maintenance. + Collaborate in team environments, resolve issues, and engage in cross-functional efforts. **Work Environment:** **Exposure to loud machinery sounds is common, and safety gear like goggles, steel-toed boots, and ear protection is required in designated areas. Respirators and additional protective equipment are necessary in specific areas like paint booths. The role involves physical tasks such as lifting, bending, stooping, sitting, and standing, and requires coordination and sensory awareness.** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
