Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department in a variety of administrative tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with internship experience in HR, looking to develop their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The HR Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, employee engagement activities, and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with administrative HR functions, including maintaining employee records and files.Support the HR team with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and processing new hire documentation.Coordinate and assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes.Manage HR-related correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications.Process travel arrangements for employees as needed for HR-related events.Order employee recognition items such as business cards, name plaques, and rewards.Maintain and organize HR supplies and materials for training, events, and meetings.Assist with HR compliance documentation and reporting as required.Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing company events and celebrations.Manage office mail distribution and handle incoming calls related to HR matters.Provide administrative support for various HR projects and special initiatives as needed.

Skills & Competencies:

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with employees and external vendors.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.Strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field.

Qualifications:

Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Previous internship experience in HR or a corporate environment is highly preferred.A passion for supporting employees and working in a collaborative team environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
