Position Overview: As an Entry-Level Litigation Attorney, you will be a part of a dynamic team representing clients in warranty and civil litigation matters. You will have the opportunity to handle various aspects of cases, including research, drafting legal documents, preparing for depositions, motions, and trials, while working closely with senior attorneys who are dedicated to your development and mentorship. Key Responsibilities: + Assist with case preparation, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and responses. + Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, case law, and regulations relevant to warranty and civil litigation matters. + Attend client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials, providing support to senior attorneys. + Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. + Participate in strategy discussions and case management under the guidance of senior attorneys.
