Entry Level Low Code Developer
Overview: We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Entry-Level Low Code Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying applications using low-code platforms. You will work closely with business analysts and other developers to create solutions that improve business processes, enhance user experiences, and meet organizational goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and a desire to grow in the software development field.Responsibilities:Application Development:Develop and customize applications using low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, OutSystems, Mendix, or similar.Design user interfaces, workflows, and data models that meet business requirements.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional applications.Testing & Quality Assurance:Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure the functionality and performance of developed applications.Identify and resolve bugs or issues in a timely manner.Ensure applications are compliant with company standards and best practices.Deployment & Maintenance:Assist in the deployment of applications to production environments.Monitor applications post-deployment to ensure they are functioning as expected.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for developed applications, including making updates and improvements.Documentation:Create and maintain documentation for developed applications, including user guides, technical specifications, and process workflows.Document any issues and solutions encountered during development.Collaboration & Communication:Work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality applications.Participate in team meetings, providing updates on project progress and discussing any challenges.Learning & Development:Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest low-code platforms and development practices.Participate in training sessions and seek out opportunities to improve your skills.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Basic understanding of software development principles and methodologies.Experience or coursework in any programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) is a plus.Familiarity with low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps, OutSystems, Mendix) is preferred but not required; training will be provided.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.Preferred Qualifications:Previous internship or project experience with low-code platforms.Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
