**Job Title: Operator** **Job Description** Join our team as an Operator at our Mesa site, where we manufacture metal inflators for airbags. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth transfer, stocking, and loading/unloading of materials for our production lines. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a leading automotive manufacturer. **Responsibilities** + Transfer, stock, load, and unload materials for the production lines. + Handle various materials such as diffusers, holders, retainers, initiators, o-rings, end caps, sleeves, canisters, filters, tubes, disks, foil seals, springs, support barrels, shorting clips, labels, and generant. + Check, correct, or perform rework of inflators as needed. + Perform quality procedures and audits, including dimensional checks and visual inspections. **Essential Skills** + Previous experience in manufacturing. + Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours per day. + Comfortable working with explosives. + Tech-savvy, as all equipment is automated. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + General labor experience. + Production and manufacturing experience. + Machine operating experience. **Why Work Here?** With significant growth opportunities, you can advance from an operator role to a supervisory position. Please note, no lighters, matches, cigarettes, chewing tobacco, vape pens, or e-cigarettes are allowed on site. Shifts are available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with specific working hours. Must be willing to work 6-7 days per week with rotating schedules, including weekends. **Shifts** 1st: 6 AM – 2:30 PM ($17.00/hour) 2nd: 2 PM – 10:30 PM ($18.70/hour) 3rd: 10 PM – 6:30 AM ($19.55/hour) **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Queen Creek, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
