**Entry Level Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** This position is for a Maintenance Technician within a food processing company where high-speed packaging equipment, sizing equipment, hopping, splitting, and other shaping equipment for chicken (frozen, chilled, or partially fried) are used. Employees will be responsible for both preventative maintenance and troubleshooting/repairing. The role involves working both mechanically and electrically, handling electrical panels and up to 480v. The breakdown of mechanical to electrical work is 70-30% of the time. Responsibilities include: - Responsible for all aspects of maintenance and keeping the facility running for production - Work under GMPs and ensure compliance with all health and safety standards - Experience in working with high-speed packaging equipment and problem-solving any issues - Required to work safely with 480v and other electrical issues that arise - Follow the preventative maintenance plan as directed by the manager **Hard Skills** + Maintenance Technician + High-Speed Packaging + Troubleshooting + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics + Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical problems **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
