Job Description:

Our Floral departments offer the convenience of beautiful bouquets, plants, and fresh arrangements available 7 days a week.  This role is responsible for managing and sharing knowledge with team members and customers to develop their passions and increase their knowledge.

What will I do?

Assist customers and work hands-on with employees; provide incredible service and the highest quality products to our customers; provide knowledge to properly care for purchases at homeLead demonstrations; teach customers techniques to create hand tied bouquetsManage performance and develop employees; provide resources, training, feedback, and development opportunities

Required Qualifications

1 or more years of work experience or a college degreeComputer Skills
