What will I do?
Provide incredible service to customers and work hands-on with employees; operate lottery and That’s T.H.E. Ticket machines, administer Shopper’s Club program, sell stamps and money orders, rent carpet cleaning machines, check out customers as necessary, perform refunds and exchanges, clean and maintain bottle return roomEducate team on following policies, procedures, and guidelines, while allowing exceptions where appropriate to ensure customer satisfactionFind solution or resource to assist customers; respond with urgency and poiseManage performance and develop employees; provide resources, training, feedback, and development opportunitiesRequired Qualifications
1 or more years of work experience or a college degreeComputer skillsPreferred Qualifications
Experience leading a teamEnthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant productsAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and subject matters
