ENTRY LEVEL Manufacturing Technician
**NOW HIRING ENTRY LEVEL CANDIDATES FOR MANUFACTURING ROLES!** **Location -** Carlsbad, CA **Shifts Open/Pay Rates** - 1st (6:00AM - 2:30PM M - F) $18/HR 2nd (2:00PM - 10:30PM M - F) $19.44/HR 3rd (10:00PM - 6:30AM M - F) $20.16/HR **Job Description -** As a Manufacturing Technician, you will adhere to cGMP and ISO standards, assembling cartridges and reagent kit components, following manufacturing SOPs, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. You will work both independently and as part of an assembly line team, resolving line issues, suggesting improvements, and operating all manufacturing line equipment. Your role will also include reviewing manufacturing records, correcting errors, and assisting with special projects. + Assemble cartridges and reagent kit components. + Follow cGMP and ISO standards and manufacturing SOPs. + Organize and maintain floor area and supplies. + Work independently and as part of an assembly line team. + Maintain a safe work environment with respect to chemicals and equipment. + Resolve line issues and suggest improvements. + Operate all manufacturing line equipment. + Adhere to manufacturing schedules and complete work orders timely. + Review and correct errors in device manufacturing records and work orders. + Submit finished documentation for quality release. + Serve as a role model for cGMP manufacturing. + Assist with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as assigned. **Skills/Qualifications -** + High School Diploma required. + 6 months of manufacturing experience needed. + Ability to pass GATE Program assessment with 85% or higher for entry-level candidates. + Experience with assembly, cleanroom protocols, and SOPs. preferred + Familiarity with GMP and manufacturing production. + True entry-level candidates from retail, high school graduates, food service, or warehouse backgrounds are encouraged. **_If you are interested and qualified, please apply directly with your updated resume!_** **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
