**Job Title: Entry Level Mechanic** **Job Overview:** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Level Mechanic to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the mechanical field and gain hands-on experience. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist senior mechanics in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment. + Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and machinery. + Use basic hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks. + Follow instructions and guidelines to ensure safety and quality standards are met. + Document and report any issues or repairs needed to senior mechanics. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. **Required Skills:** + Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components. + Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions. + Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges. + Ability to work in a team environment. **Preferred Skills & Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Completion of a vocational training program in mechanics or a related field is a plus. + Previous experience in a mechanical or automotive setting is beneficial but not required. + Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
