Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Navistar is seeking passionate Entry-Level Mechanical Engineers to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and researchers to design, develop, and optimize mechanical components and systems for our cutting-edge vehicles. Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing the design and performance of our entire vehicle lineup.

Interviews for this role will begin early October, with projected start dates in January 2025 and June 2025.

Design and Develop: Use CAD software to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings.Analyze and Validate: Perform engineering calculations and simulations to ensure designs meet safety and performance standards.Prototype and Test: Participate in the fabrication, testing, and evaluation of prototypes to refine designs.Innovate: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and design reviews to solve engineering challenges.Collaborate: Work with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production processes.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science

OR

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science and will obtain degree prior to first day of employment Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
