Job Title: Mechanical Engineer Job Description We are seeking a degreed entry-level Mechanical Engineer with 0-3 years of experience. Candidates should have proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit and a keen interest in building design. This position offers comprehensive training in building systems, building codes, and various aspects of mechanical engineering services for multi-discipline building design projects of varying scopes, including government facilities and single discipline mechanical engineering projects. You will work under the direction of Project Engineers and upper management to design, model, and draft building mechanical system components for the intelligence community. Responsibilities + Design, model, and draft building mechanical system components. + Perform mechanical engineering services on multi-discipline building design projects. + Work on projects varying in scope from small to large, including government facilities. + Collaborate with Project Engineers and upper management. + Learn and apply building systems and building codes. Essential Skills + Mechanical design + Proficiency in AutoCAD + Proficiency in Revit + US Citizenship + Ability to pass a Federal Drug and Background Check + Degree in Mechanical Engineering Additional Skills & Qualifications + Interest in building design + Ability to work on projects for the intelligence community Work Environment Work will be performed at our client's office in Annapolis Junction, MD.
