Entry Level Membership Coordinator
ENTRY LEVEL MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: + Assist with the monthly reconciliation of membership records. + Maintain and update membership database with accurate information. + Process membership applications and renewals. + Handle member inquiries and provide excellent customer service. + Assist in the preparation of membership reports and statistics. + Coordinate and support membership events and activities. + Assist with the preparation and distribution of membership materials. + Support the Membership Manager with various projects as needed. + Perform other duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS: + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. + Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. + Excellent problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Previous experience in a membership or customer service role is a plus. Pay and Benefits: + The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
