**Join Our Team as a 1st Shift Custom MIG Welder!**
**Job Description:** Are you a skilled MIG and/or TIG welder looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a talented welder to work primarily with custom parts and thin gauge materials in the manufacturing process for heavy manufacturing companies. This role involves reading blueprints, performing layout, tacking, and welding seams.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform MIG or TIG welding on custom parts, including thin gauge materials and possibly stainless steel and carbon steel.
+ Read and interpret blueprints for layout, tacking, and welding seams.
+ Assist fabricators using shears, press brakes, grinders, rollers, saws, and other sheet metal fabrication equipment.
+ Work with customized 16 to 14 gauge sheet metal and duct work.
+ Ensure precise measurements using a tape measure and perform layout work.
+ Adapt to different product requirements and work on one-off type products.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00
