We are seeking a dynamic, Patient Recruiter / Marketing Ambassador to support both internal and external brand awareness. The right candidate will not only influence and implement consistent messaging throughout multiple divisions within the organization, but will also believe in, and support DOCS Health’s mission in the many communities we serve.
Responsibilities:
Create awareness surrounding various service offerings and assist with outreach initiativesGenerate 32-64 new patients a week for the DOCS dental office on the baseAttend and promote DOCS Dental at various in-person events on and throughout the military base’s local communityInteract with various community members, stakeholders, and potential patients about DOCS Dental and the services being offeredGenerate awareness through word-of-mouth and presentations and assist with scheduling new dental appointmentsAct as a liaison between the DOCS Dental community engagement team and the public and communicate ideas and general feedbackBuild partnerships with local community organizations, groups, and local businessesHelp setup and organize special event materials (i.e., place materials on table, handout literature, and place retractable banner).Perform other promotional related tasks as assignedMUST BE ABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS AND 1-2x/WEEK Requirements People focused, with the ability to connect with the general public in a professional, friendly, and warm mannerMust have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to starting.Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task as neededPositive thinking and enthusiastic for new challengesRepresent DOCS Dental and our services with integrity and passion, and accurately communicate key messagesSome experience working with military communities – a plusSome weekend availability - required________________________________________
