This role is currently offering a $1,500 Hiring Bonus ($500 paid after 90 days, and $1,000 paid after one year anniversary).

Starting pay is $22.00 per hourplus a .78 shift differential for swing and graveyard shifts. We also offer a great benefits package that includes health benefits, 401(k), and quarterly performance bonuses.

We have openings for entry level production roles for our swing shift (3pm – 11pm) and graveyard shift (11pm – 7am / 9PM – 7 AM).

For production roles, here are the key functions we ask associates to safely perform:

Run machinery that sorts, cuts, presses or finishes engineered wood productsManually grade, sort, and guide pieces of veneer on conveyorsUse shovel, broom, and/or equipment to clean up work areasOperate a forklift, crane, or other rolling stock

Be at least 18 years of ageHave a high school diploma or GEDSuccessfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check and physicalBe eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Successful candidates will be able to:

Be motivated, take pride in their work and be able to work in a fast paced environmentBe a team player, be willing to learn new things and be part of a collaborative teamArrive on time for scheduled shifts and have good attendance Be able and willing to work all shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and overtimeFollow all safety practices, participate in safety initiatives and help others work safelyBe able to perform labor-intensive work in a production environment Be able to work in extreme temperatures, in dusty and noisy conditions, work from heights, and in confined/restricted areasBe able to lift 2-20 pounds regularly, climb steps and ladders, and stand up to 3 hours at a time for 8 hours
