**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** A Production Operator I works as part of a team to produce quality electronic equipment within a dynamic manufacturing environment. A Production Operator I flexes easily between tasks and seeks to be proficient at all tasks within their assigned functional area. Responsibilities include fabricating or assembling electronic equipment according to written work instructions, rotating to multiple work areas daily based on established patterns, delivering materials to point of consumption in response to Kanban signals, accurately performing inventory transactions, actively participating in daily Tier 1 management system (DMS) meetings, contributing to continuous improvement projects, keeping the work area well organized and clean, and performing additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor. **Hard Skills** + Manufacturing experience (preferred) + Small parts familiarity + Able to read/interpret English + Computer competency **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Tigard, Oregon. **Work Environment** State of the art electronics manufacturing environment. Brand new facility with new work stations. The facility is set up like a football field, starting in one end-zone with raw materials, followed by the SMT & AOI machines, followed by the assembly/hand add area, and ending in the packaging/shipping department.
