Entry Level Production Utility

Position Title: Entry Level Utility Production

Pay Rate: $19.83  

Category/Shift: Hourly Shifts –2nd shift 

 

3pm-11pm (2nd shift)

 

** Some weekends are mandatory

** Some shifts required mandatory overtime

The Job You Will Perform:  

 

 Following all safety rules and practices;  reading factory work orders, print cards, and other documents to learn customer          identifying stock and products that correspond to work orders;  performing assigned duties to insure that production needs are met;  assisting other associates as needed;  monitor and operate waste water system  clean out filter press for waste water system  monitor the starch kitchen and operations  monitor inventory and waste water chemicals   accurately using tape measures and other measurement and test equipment;  inspecting, counting, stacking, and unitizing products according to customer   specifications;  identifying and segregating nonconforming (reject) products and materials;  keeping the supervisor informed of any problems and/or unusual situations;  maintaining work areas to plant standards of housekeeping;  maintaining teamwork with machine crews and other associates; and  Performing other duties as assigned by supervision.

 

NOTE:  Utility labor is the full-time entry level position for new manufacturing associates.
