**Material Mover or Pod Builder/Assembler** + Looking for help with the launch of the Amazon Robotics Distribution Center in Virginia Beach! We are looking for Pod builders as well as Material Movers who are ready to be on your feet all day and have lots of motivation to work! Pay is $20 an hour with availability for overtime with time and a half. Some Job Duties: + Perform mechanical assembly of PODS (inventory bins). + Picking and packing + Moving material within the distribution center + Use rivet guns, power tools, and hand tools effectively. + Lift and move objects regularly, up to 40 lbs. + Maintain a clean and organized work environment. + Assist with inventory tasks and light housekeeping duties. + Stand and walk throughout the entire workday. **First shift position** 6 month contract with ability to move to a different contract after. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
